Established in 1989, Nitto Denko Electronics (M) (NIDEM) is one of the leaders in encapsulation molding compound in South Asia and a supplier to all major semiconductor industries in Malaysia and worldwide.

Currently, NIDEM is TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 certified. We are also certified by National Productivity Corporation 5S. A winner in the National 5s open category, NIDEM stands as reference to other small and medium size industries in Malaysia as well as other multinational corporations.

With the newly built automated, state-of-art warehousing system, we have the capability to completely store our products on site. Coupled with our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), we have the excellent system to satisfy our customers’ need of timely delivery.
